I was on a Charter returning from Cape Cod, MA to Virginia on Friday, June 24th. It was late and we needed a good place to stop for dinner. I called the Texas Roadhouse in West Haven, CT (524 Sawmill Road) and they said they could handle us (44 passengers). They were very busy when we arrived however they handled us with flying colors. We were in and out in excellent time. The service was "OUTSTANDING" and of course the meal was even better. Thank you to the management and the staff for an "OUTSTANDING" job. BOB PAUL TRIP LEADER

Delicious food, very friendly staff, and easy to find! I used the call-ahead feature and we got a text to come inside after only a 10 minute wait. Our server was very nice, and knowledgeable about the menu too! We got steaks with ribs & shrimp as part of their combo deals, and they were awesome! The rolls were hot & fresh, the food was the same quality. I will definitely come back & highly recommend coming!

I think they offer good food with good services. It will be even better if their waitresses wear masks even though I believe they have been vaccinated. Sometimes, I bring my baby for dine in, I am little bit concerned. If they wear masks, I am more than happy to give them five stars rating. In addition, I hope they open outdoor soon.
