They are usually pretty good. But when they aren't, they go all in on the screw up.
Edit: google asked me to update, so here it is. They really go all in when they mess up but usually they are pretty good. You have a 95% chance to get what you ordered and a 5% chance for an order assembled by a goblin

I had the grilled shrimp dinner which the shrimp was well seasoned that came with mixed rice which was a bit bland tasting and salty. The two sides I had were loaded mashed potatoes which were as they say loaded with plenty of bacon bits and shredded cheese and the corn was good. My boyfriend had the Dallas steak which was recommended to him and ordered medium rare and was received medium rare. Flavorful and tender no complaints. For drinks I had the Kenny's cooler "or whatever it was called" which was really good and refreshing. We would rate the food 4 stars however our server Zach gave us a phenomenal experience and deserves more then a 5 star rating. He constantly worried about us and made sure that we were well taken care of. Serving experience 6 stars overall experience 5 stars. Definitely will return in hopes that Zach is working.

One of the best places to enjoy a nice size Rib Eye Steak! It was thick and juicy as it should. They did a great job preparing the steak and cooking it. The coolest part is that you could hand pick the steak behind a glass counter. The extras you get with the steak are more then enough. 2 generous sides plus warm rolls to enjoy. Everytime we go there I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great time at Texas Road house , food was awesome but to top it off our server Toni was amazing!! Was on top of everything and came back to check on us. We never went thirsty she always came with refills! Very attentive and personable! Cant wait to go back will definitely be requesting her!

Food was excellent, we used the "Wait-list" feature for our party of four and people arriving at the same time or after us still were sat before us, and to make matters worse, the heaters in the outdoor waiting area don't work. But the food and wait staff were exceptional, and those issues are not their fault, so I will still give it a solid four stars.
