The country fried steak is really excellent. Even the breading has flavor. (I'd love to know how that's accomplished.) And the cream gravy is delicious, when usually it's flavorless. So good. I'm considering my religious affiliation to Country Fried Steak from Texas Roadhouse!

We love this place! I always get the bone-in ribeye cooked to perfection.Their green beans are just like my grandmother & great grandmother would make, they actually taste home canned straight from the garden. The staff is friendly and the manager often comes over to make sure all is well. UPDATE: They've changed their green beans from the flat to the round. The flavor is pretty much the same but not as good as the original as the flatter ones absorb more flavour.

Here in Maine for work and glad I found a Texas Roadhouse. Good food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. And you can't forget the rolls and cinnamon butter! I recommend doing the wait-list especially on busy nights (Friday/Saturday). We didn't wait for more than two or three minutes once we got there with the wait-list.
