Excellent burgers. Kids chicken strips were very good. Very cool dining area and patio. Staff was very nice and friendly. Docked one star for two things. I didn't like how they charged a credit card fee. I don't think we were billed correctly for the slider deal we ordered.

I absolutely love going to this place! Great beer and craft cocktail selection, wonderful food!! Staff is so friendly and helpful too. Best restaurant in Mitchell.

Stumbled upon this gem while staying in town and will forever come back whenever I’m in town. The owner Keke was one of the best owners I’ve ever encountered! Karen the bartender was also amazing and I enjoyed every minute of being there! Highly recommend this authentic and antic restaurant and bar! Such a great vibe!

We ate at the 40 last night and the place never disappoints. The Gunpowder Gin Mint Mojiti was absolutely amazing. The food was over the top delicious with the freshest produce for my salad, i loved the tiny sliced cucumbers!!!! We will definitely be back, the atmosphere was so fun and service was top notch.

Well went there and waited…waited….waited ….by now you know the picture….end up walking out as our server sat and visit family for 30 minutes …. Had to ask for menus and still no service walked out and went some where else to eat ….thanks it was my wife’s and mine 10 year anniversary…. Food was probably good but who knows
