Food was ok, pulled pork was tough, good was overpriced

Came here with a large tour group. This was a prearranged meal. There should not have been any suprises. We could tell the staff was overwhelmed and inexperienced. Only about 3 servers were trying to take care of our group of 47. Fairly quick in taking drink orders. We had enough time to decide on meal options but had to wait until they returned with drinks to place food orders. Select menu options steak, chicken and fish. Majority chose the steak. Those that chose chicken and fish said it was good. Steak that I had was over cooked and cold. I saw it setting in window for a good 5 minutes before being served. Had difficulty in getting drinks refilled. I just think they were overwhelmed. We saw several patrons come in, eat and leave before we received our meals. Maybe it is better if you're not in a large group.

Everything came together for me. The waitress was attentive and helpful and pleasant. The craft beer was exactly what I like. I ordered the sirloin and it was just right. The hand cut fries were way above average for potatoes. The Cole slaw, well, I always like Cole slaw.
