I've been going to the Bean for many, many years. Supported them through Covid when they were open. Enjoyed their food quality and local ingredients. Today I ordered takeout and the order was incorrect. Not a big deal but this wasn't the first time. My wife called and got the owner (I believe) and he did not seem to really care. He said "they do their best, thanks for the call". That was disappointing. We understand things happen and appreciate service workers. Our daughter is a restaurant worker so we get it. But managers and owners should actually care and provide some semblance of customer service. They charge 10% "kitchen appreciation fee" and a 6% "service fee" .....before asking for a tip. So I had hoped for a better response. Oh well

Incredible food. Had the Dwight and it was amazing. Slice of the biggest French toast I’ve ever seen on the side (ask for the real maple syrup). Service was quick and attentive. Highly recommend! Only improvement I would make - the iced latte was a little watery. Still a 10/10 experience though!

Always great. Staff and atmosphere is amazing. Do not underestimate the specials because they're almost always 10/10. Service is insanely fast on a weekday. I live just down the street and can sit down and get out in less than a half hour. Incredible restaurant.
