My first time visiting this restaurant. I had a salmon salad. That salmon was cooked perfectly! The salad was so large, I couldn't finish it. They provided to go boxes for my food and a to go cup. The customer service was on point. Everyone was super nice and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the restaurant.

The Brass Rail was a good steak house. What made this place great was our young waitress, Reagan (like the President). She was a fun, hard-working, and attentive, young lady that won the admiration and respect of my companion and I. I had the sirloin salad with blue cheese crumbles and the person I was eating with got a ribeye. Both of our steaks (mine sliced over the salad) were cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered. My salad and his steak were delicious and the only distracting was a very loud table near us. This is certainly not fault of the Brass Rail it just made conversation difficult. Reagan kept us happy and overall a good steak house.

We can’t find one thing to complain about! We were first time diners here. We arrived at dinner time on a weekend and was seated immediately with no wait time. They offer a full bar with adequate dining space inside and outside, and perfect ambiance for the evening. (My only suggestion is to add a fireplace outside for outside diners on a cool evening)! Tristan our waitress, greeted us immediately and even with a mask on, we could tell she was smiling and happy to be working there. She offered our drink selection, explained our specials, and offered suggestions from the menu. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when we couldn’t make up our minds. After ordering, our food came quickly and hot. We both loved our meals! We offered our compliments to the chef and shortly afterwards Scott the owner came to our table and introduced himself. We definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu and would recommend you give them a try too!
