I am posting this review based solely on the managers snarky comment when I complained to her about my uncooked & cold pasta. Among other problems with this dining experience we chose to not be picky and voice our concerns to the manager about our main issue. We first informed the server of our 2 out of 4 cold entrees to which she acknowledged yet disregarded. Though she didn’t say much about it we were surprised when the bill came and nothing had been done to compensate us. As a customer our expectation is that our concerns would be addressed and taken seriously and the lack of regard for our concerns is what caused us to escalate this to the manager. Before the plate was cleared we took a picture in order to justify our negative experience to the manager, when we asked if she wanted to see the picture to understand the severity of the dish in question she scoffed and said “great! Are you going to post that on social media?” in a sarcastic tone. We were in disbelief by the fact that this customer service manager was more concerned about our potential positing than she was about her customers experience. Until that moment we had no intention of bringing this to social media but it appears that this may be the only way to alert them to their deficient restaurant standards. Just when we thought we were going to be taken care of she simply offered to take off a cheaper menu item than the meal that was affected. It is important to note we are not out for a free meal and have never written a negative review. On top of this entire experience under the breath comments were made at us on our way out. It is safe to say Cheesecake Factory is off our list.

Tex-Mex egg rolls are to die for! Great appetizers as well as the Pot Stickers. There’s not a bad item on the menu, not to mention the deserts!! AMAZING! Our server was great, she was extremely busy but very attentive. Guy who brought our apps was so friendly and even stopped to talk football with us about the big SB game that day. My GF’s favorite place to eat and definitely in my top 3.

Worth the wait! Might take awhile to get seated. Great variety of food and everything we had was super tasty! Would recommend it to anyone. Servers were friendly and very accommodating.
