This place is delicious! The fries are from what seem to be fresh potatoes, and the blue cheese bison burger had lots of melty blue cheese. The special was a shaved steak sandwich that had incredible flavor. Even the lettuce was fresh and a little bit fancy. Friendly service too.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they sell meat that I can cook myself. They even carry buffalo! Excellent service!

The brisket sandwich had 3 slices of meat. One of them composed solely of fat and all of them as tender as Stalin's heart. This was accompanied by soggy fries. The sauce was also bad.
