Went there for father’s Day and the food was really good! Our server Laura seem to know a lot about the menu and different ways to cook the food that she was serving! Very knowledgeable about everything she was doing and explained with great detail! All in all I would say the experience was very pleasant! I also enjoyed the chocolate designs on the plate that she had made herself! Very good service and very good food! Five stars in my book! Will definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and atmosphere at your fine restaurant! It was for my grandsons birthday, and it was his choice of places to eat and his choice was excellent!! The staff was pleasant and cheerful especially our waitress Talia H. She was fantastic,our grandson just adored her! Needless to say that we will always look forward to coming back!!

Have been to several Melting pot locations. All of them are great. This location in Madison is especially great due in no small part to our waitress Maggie. She went out of her way to make my wife and I feel relaxed and welcomed. She had conversations with us and even laughed at my dad jokes. Maggie is an asset to the Melting pot and should be promoted ahead of her peers and train others how to treat customers. Thank you Maggie for a terrific evening.
