Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday and they were busy with the brunch crowd but they gave us the last open table. Even though they were busy, their friendly service was great and felt like we were regulars even though it was our first time. After a short wait, our food was delivered and it was very good. I had a crispy patty melt with crunchy waffle fries - best patty melt I have had in years. My spouse had a pork tenderloin with house chips. Both were delicious and the tenderloi was huge. Wish we lived closer. It is a local diner with delicious homemade food and down home friendly service.

My daughter and I took the bike out and ended up in CC and decided to check out The Square for lunch. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the quick greeting we received. My daughter loves chicken sandwiches and I'm all about wings, so it worked out. I ordered a Pepsi and she ordered lemonade. When the server brought my drink I was super excited to see the perfect ice for soft drinks. Can't explain it, but if you know you know. The food arrived and everything looked great. The grilled chicken sandwich was quite large and looked very appetizing. After the third bite I noticed my daughter started eating more fries and less sandwich. I asked if everything was alright and she said it was dry. I took a bite and while there was a good flavor, she was right. Ultimately she ate the bulk of the sandwich and all her fries. The spicy garlic wings were really good. Carried the perfect blend and just the right amount of heat. The fries were also good. The server was super nice and accommodating and ended up bringing me three refills. While CC is out of my way I will go back if I pass through again. Props to the owners for running an awesome restaurant.

My husband brought me here from Fort Wayne. He and a friend had eaten here and had good food. Great salad bar, yummy food (I discovered my tartar sauce was homemade) and an absolutely unique dessert ~ make the trip and check this place out ~ open 7 days. Great coffee as well! 🍒🍋🍔🐟🥗☕😁
