Everything is always Delicious. We go to thisle quite a bit. The food is farm to table, fresh tasty and always comes out looking beautiful. The menu changes with new and exciting entrées. The desserts, OMG!!! The service is wonderful and so inviting, they really know how to treat and take care of their customers. We love it! Highly Recommended. It's a must try.

Five stars all the way. Thistle did not disappoint. Their pork belly with squash puree was the best dish we had on our entire trip to Oregon wine country. Make sure you get their breads with fats. The host slash server slash bartender was very attentive and made great drinks despite being the only person working in the restaurant outside of the kitchen. My only suggestion would be to add some lighting as the restaurant was very dark.
