LOVE this place!! I adore the displays for their products, it's so easy for kids to pick what they might like!! The color scheme is super relaxing, and the employees are wicked nice and helpful!! This is our new spot for family breakfast dates!!

The only thing I'd critique is the conversations between the employees behind the counter. I don't go inside very often but when I do I usually experience this. Not that big of a deal but there's a time and place for visiting when you have a store full of customers. I will say one of their employees is top notch. I'm not sure his name but he has rainbow rimed glasses.

Absolutely the very worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere... Espresso machine supposedly broken for over 6 months... Asked to speak to the owner about when it might be fixed or why they don't have a spare.. was told he was at the store in the next town.. so I drove the 13 miles to go talk to someone who wasn't there... I spend about $6,000 annually here.. but not anymore.
