Tipsy Cow is perfect for a get together with friends and family, or for a date night!
I love all their appetizers. The tots and fries are delicious. I went with a group of four recently and everyone enjoyed their food.
Our server was training someone while still being efficient and friendly.

Great food and atmosphere. Our group tried several appetizers and all were very good, but the cheese curds were the best. Our server was great as well, only thing holding him back was the bartender was very slow getting drinks. I think he was more interested in the NBA game on the TV.

This is my first time visiting Madison, Wisconsin. After checking into our hotel we were looking for a cozy local eatery and were recommended Tipsy Cow. Must say a great recommendation - place was cozy with a good selection of beers and food. Waitress was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Will surely go back again.

Best goat cheese curds! Love visiting when we come to town, good beer list and food menu. Could use a deep cleaning though, only reason it loses a star for me. Lots of dust and yucky corners.

Stopped in with the family for a quick lunch after touring the Capital. Easy access from the Capital Square. Sandwiches and appetizers were good all around. Prompt and friendly service.
