Tony's Mexican Restaurant Truth Or Consequences NM

Visiting T&C for 5 days and we've been pretty disappointed in most of the restaurants we've tried. Quality and Hospitality (or lack of) have been mediocre at best. On our last day here we decided to try Tony's. We arrived and ordered our food to take back to the RV. The place was very clean, inside & out. The staff were very pleasant and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. The food was fresh and made just the way we ordered it. Everything was great! They truly understand what it means to be in the "Hospitality" business. Thank you!

A decent ambiance, and Fanta food. I'm sorry, but wait times and staff have to be considered in my review. Morning staff probably need to have their coffee before starting the day or. . . Something, but they are so lost to the world (at least in my hand full of morning visits). Afternoon, my goodness the wait time for food was awful. I can't honestly tell you the cause, but it took a long while to get our food. I am tempted to say worth the wait, but not quite.

Last month, my husband and I visited Truth or Consequences, NM for our anniversary. We came from Austin, where Tex-Mex is plentiful, so were we were excited to try New Mexican cuisine to see how they compare. We are definitely fans now and absolutely loved our meal! The waitress noticed that I was practically inhaling the salsa, and she shared that they make it fresh twice daily, just as they make their other food fresh to order. We could tell.
