This place has wonderful food and service, we go here everyone we are spending the day at the beach area.Food is always fresh and plentiful.the chowder is awesome and service is wonderful. This year like all other restaurants they are short staffed after coming out of the pandemic and yet everything was still great! Thanks top of the bay for your consistency

Must give these guys a better review than I have previously. Had fresh oysters and a couple stuffies. Oysters were FRESH as could be and Rita really kept the bar moving. Appreciated her service and friendly interactions. They do have great clam cakes and chowder too!

For views that are out of this world, come here! The chowder still ranks as some of the best I have ever had and I have done the leg work and the research. Lobster roll was outstanding. Kaya our waiter was fun, attentive and super friendly. A must!

My husband and I got take out our first time and the food was simply amazing. We loved our red chowder, lobster roll, clam cakes and the zucchini that came as a side. I had some trouble signing up for their rewards system but they very patiently helped me finish the process over the phone. My husband wants to bring me back to eat in person and I would just love that. Heard the view from the restaurant is lovely.

After being seated and waiting almost 30 minutes with no one coming to our table, we asked a waitress to find our waiter to take our order. Once order was placed another 40 minutes went by. Waiter was very attentive to only one table but seem to forget he had more than one. 40 minutes to wait for food seemed a bit too long. After food was finally served we never saw him again until we had to chase him down for the check. Never checked on us once. Food was mediocre at best not worth the $$$. Been going to this restaurant for years... probably won't be back which is a shame. Management take notice something is terribly wrong.
