Placed an order by phone 7 hours ahead of time. When I arrived 15 minutes before my order was supposed to be done they claimed it would take another 30 minutes but insured me I was next in line. I saw many orders being packaged up and handed out to cars and folks in the waiting area. 30 minutes came and went. I’m okay with delays. I’ve worked in food service - I get it. But be transparent. Besides, I ordered 7 hours ahead of time. Not quite sure what the issue with time management is here. One time, fine. But this is the second time this has happened. Just wanted some sushi to enjoy with the family on my birthday. We won’t be back until this is addressed.

I love their sushi. They could work on their customer service skills, and their wait time can be ridiculous.

Went for lunch and felt it was very reasonably priced. Rolls were delicious and filling. The atmosphere was enjoyable and restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend.
