Their service and food quality are going down. Specially, during busy hours, they can't handle many customers (I waited 1 hours to get my dish but other customers waited longer). Waiting for 1 hour to get your dish does not happen frequently, so you do not have to worry but familiar and delicious dishes become poorly presented and less-tasteful is not good. So you need to make sure you visit there during the less busy hour if possible.
Next thing is if you ever watched how they clean tables (normally the lady owner cleans tables), I am not certain that they do sanitize their tables properly.
Tips:
- Parking: free parking spaces available outside of the restaurant
- Food: Below average (I tried about 6 different dishes)
- Ambiance: Typical Teriyaki restaurant if that helps to imagine
- Service: Friendly and attentive but slow during busy hours
- Price: about average

The food is quite expensive but decent. We got black bean noodles and they were alright. Also tried their bubble tea and it was very sweet. Would have enjoyed it much more if the sugar was about half.
