Immediately welcomed by an amazing server, and sat down. We were given some of the best bread and garlic sauce I've ever had! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with subtle music playing in the background. We ordered a small pizza, and it was amazing! The "small" pizza was larger any other small pizza I've ever seen. The crust was amazing, and we were even offered more complimentary bread and garlic sauce. It was an amazing experience!

Decided to stop here on way home after driving past. We were told by host (manager?) it would be 5 mins tops for a table and that we were welcome to grab a drink at the bar. We waited 15-20 minutes without ever being greeted by the bartender. Eventually, the host came over and got us (and a single guy that was there before us) our first drink. She even offered wine samplings. About 5- 10 minutes later she came to get us to take us to a booth. Now within the 25+ minutes that we were sitting at the bar, we were never greeted nor checked on by the bartender. When we first got there he was getting a to-go order ready. I understand that bartenders can be busy and have multiple tasks. However, your primary task is to tend the bar - greet guests, check on guests, make drinks etc. we were very turned off by the fact that he never checked on us, nor the other guy. He never made eye contact, never acknowledged us, never said “I’ll be right with you”, nothing. He checked on another couple once in that time and was rude to them. We were fine waiting the time to be sat since we did not make reservations. I am giving this review 4 stars for the service we received by the host and server. Our server was great! Very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered fried calamari to start which was delicious. The bread that was served was hot, fresh and so yummy. We took some home with us. We both ordered a pasta dish that came with a soup. Tons of food for the price we paid.

My husband and I ordered carry out for the first time. I got the tortellini carbonara and my husband ordered Alfredo on Angel hair. Based on my extensive experience with eating at so many Italian restaurants across the country I think this rates a 3 1/2 to a 4 stars. The portion sizes were large but the prices ran approximately $16. The sauce is a heavy cream based, sweet, classic American recipe. There were no accompaniments—no salad, bread and the side of cheese was the fake dry Parmesan. We were hungry and it was tasty, but I would rate as nothing out of the ordinary.
