Excellent thin crust pizza. Standard option pepperoni (large diameter slices) to prosciutto with arugula. Not to mention the balsamic dressing on the West Side House salad was light and smooth. Some balsamic I find strong & bold, not bad, just bold. This was nice and light. I really enjoyed the food and out server was supper attentive and ever so pleasant.

This was the best meal we've had in a long time. Everything from the beer to the salads to the meal to desert and the coffee were top shelf! Pricing was very reasonable for the quality provided and the service was just as fantastic. You won't be disappointed!

Always good. House salad is the best salad anywhere. Pizzas are always good. Chocolate dessert is... well, I could just order three of those for app, main, and dessert and go home happy.

Changed menu because the new executive chef wants to be more Mediterranean. Whiffed it!
Exhibit A: where does artichoke come from-the Mediterranean. You got rid of Artichoke dip why?
Exhibit B-a plate of olive oil and some bread:$6.
Other locally owned restaurants give you free homemade bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. FREE. You dress down what you had and charge more?
Exhibit C-fewer salads. Again new chef wants a more Mediterranean feel? It should be the opposite (can we have the kale salad back?)
Exhibit D: Caesar Salad: origin is actually Mexico not the Mediterranean
Exhibit E: Carrot Cake …not Mediterranean
Love new additions of ravioli and manicotti- they’re traditional Italian
As a very regular patron, very disappointed that the new chef apparently doesn’t know true Mediterranean and more importantly didn’t engage patrons or staff on what West First is.
The food is delicious, but please don’t throw out what works. Bring back what the locals will tell you are sure things!

Shrimp Scampi for my son - the Meat Lovers Pizza for myself. Water as our beverage.
Visiting Hendersonville for the summer camp season, my son wanted to try West First Wood-Fired before being shuffled off for three weeks and a day. So West First it was.
Quickly seated by the hostess - Emily was our server. Menus and water were immediately delivered to our corner table. Shortly thereafter, our order was placed and we were off to the races.
Food was tasty. My son especially liked his Shrimp Scampi, commenting that he thought the pasta was cooked "just right." The serving was sufficient for the price point and he ate his entire meal.
Pizza was above average but lacking in "meat" - it's primary menu pitch. Otherwise it was tasty. I took the leftovers back to my hotel for breakfast the following morning.
Service was above average, but Emily appeared a bit overworked. While the wait time from ordering to serving wasn't offensive, the wait time to obtain a box and our check was about 15 minutes. A bit longer than necessary.
