While the food was good, it was not worth the hour and a half wait on a Tuesday evening at 6 olcock.
Wait staff was excellent. She was clearly overwhelmed and it was not her fault.
My biggest gripe with the restaurant is 100% with the way they handled the situation.
I would have been fine without the managers rolling eyes, or sarcasm as I approached the idea of compensation for our experience.
I’ve worked in restaurants for over 20 years in a multitude of capacities, and my only advice would be to re train your managers in the way they address their guests. It is one thing to be understaffed, it is another to be rude to paying customers.
There’s a great training video I would recommend, “give them the pickle” It’s readily available on YouTube
No matter the case, at the end of the day, we weren’t unreasonably upset, and this should have been handled differently. Especially when the largest form of advertising is word of mouth.
Good luck to this location. I will not be recommending anyone stop here on their travels and only hope that they can figure it out for future parities.
Which is a shame because the product was great, we just didn’t have time to enjoy it while it was hot out of the kitchen as we had to leave in order to make prior engagements (the main reason we came to this place with more than hour to spare).

We sat on the patio. The food was good. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. The server was pleasant and efficient. He checked back with us several times during the meal to see if we needed anything. Prices were fair. Restaurant and patio were clean.

Absolutely one of the best chimi's I have ever had. And our waiter was so fun. Just a great experience. The only problem was it was raining and we had to hurry back to our truck and was so full. Don't forget to try their Texas Twinkies

One of our favorite places for lunch, we usually eat here at least once a week. Awesome tacos! Nachos are really good too. Great, friendly staff!

Popped in for lunch ~ 2pm: the salsa and chips are amazing! Had two chicken enchiladas with the corn and beans- delicious! Service was spot on too 👍
