Great little Mexican place tucked away into a small plaza. Actually quite big inside. Colorful and warm decor. Food is above standard for most places and there is a large variety of choices. Beer was fresh and pretty busy for a Monday.

We ordered a catered lunch for 50 people from Fernando at Zapatas in Cornelius! We had the taco bar … let’s just say that the food was outstanding (guacamole is beyond delicious) The combo of chicken and beef tacos was well received by everyone and if you can make all 50 people happy then that’s AMAZING!! I highly recommend this restaurant and if you’re looking for catering then Fernando is your go to guy!!!

Amazing food, atmosphere and service! We have been coming here for 20 years, staff is always so welcoming and kind. Try the borracha anything, sauce is insanely good!
