Came here for my birthday. Our reservations were not showing up when we arrived, but they were able to seat us at the bar immediately. Our bartender, Cesar (not sure on spelling) was great! He was prompt, polite, outgoing, and knowledgeable about the menu/drinks. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer. The crab stuffed inside was delicious. I ordered the salmon & my boyfriend ordered the veal. Both were great! Only complaint was that there was a large clump of cheese in the mashed potatoes. Other than that, food was great. Our bartender also took a birthday shot & gave me a free birthday dessert. Would definitely return.

Wanted a light dinner since we had wine and cheese and snacks back at the hotel. I would recommend reservations. We lucked out on someone just canceling. I ordered the beef tenderloin skewers and my friend ordered pasta in the olive oil. We then split our meals. They gave us bread with the olive oil to dip. It was perfect portion and very tasty. The reason for 4 stars was I thought it was overpriced and the beef was a little on the tough side. They have a lot of different liquers and wires and usually we would have wine but we had brought our own to drink in the hotel for our girls weekend. She kept asking if we wanted a drink so it was probably usual we didn't drink. It was still a pleasant experience.

Zarletti. 2nd visit here. Phenomenal again. Celebrated 21 years with my girlfriend. Thank you “Abby M.” For your enthusiasm, recommendations, and hospitality. I waited tables for 8 years and I can say with confidence that you did by us very well. Thank you.

Such a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic and everyone was very polite. The cocktails were so delicious. And the food was top notch. We got the bruschetta and beef bolognese and devoured them both. It was our anniversary so a server got us glasses of wine while we waited for our table. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Another great evening at Zarletti...from the moment you walk in you feel welcome and special. The service is excellent (nice work, Maxwell) and the food is absolutely incredible. It's like taking a trip to Italy without the airfare. Hats off to Bryan for making it an experience we couldn't get anywhere else in MKE and beyond. This is a modern restaurant with classic service.
