We were from out of state and never ate at a Zaxby's so we decided to try it out.
They have a descent selection of food. It's not your normal fast food joint that we are accustomed to in Michigan.
Food was hot and descent with taste. It had a descent amount of food as well.
I had a chicken sandwich and that was pretty much filling by itself. The fries was hot and seasoned well.
My son got the wing meal and he enjoyed them.
My daughter got the chicken tender basket that came with fries, coleslaw and bread.
Of course I'm a ranch fan so I had to have it to dip my fries in. The ranch was pretty good.
I would go again and try other items on the menu when traveling out of state for a quick meal.

This is the first time that I've taken the family to a Zaxby's. I would say that we were all unpleasantly surprised. Although the service was fast and polite, the food was all a little weird and gave most of us stomach problems. I'm afraid I don't have a baseline Zaxby's experience to compare this to, but the breading on the chicken had a fairly weird taste. If I had to describe it, I would use the words feet and moldy-hemp to describe it. The chicken was super moist though. The cheese bites had no discernable seasoning and left an unpleasant flour aftertaste in my mouth. I can't imagine going back on purpose.

Good always good, however the girl (who appears to be the manager) who was taking orders at the drive through on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, needs a better attitude! I’m sorry to have bothered her with my order!! Rude!

Food is always excellent however the girl working drive thru is very rude. Basically throws food at you out the window in a rush to get u out of there, then hand you drinks with coke all over the outside and had to ask her for napkins to wipe off my drinks. You could tell I was inconveniencing her . She needs to work somewhere else since she hates customers. She will have people not returning that is the second time I have dealt with her.

The tenders and the sandwich are the only things worth getting in my opinion.
