I'd like to preface this review by saying that I have dined at Zest many times since its opening and always had a pleasant time. However, unfortunately for me, this time was not the case. My sister and best friend made the reservation for Sunday brunch on 7/31/22 @ 11am. We arrived, excited to dine on your beautiful patio. When we checked in, the ladies advised that there was no more outdoor seating available. I do understand that when we note outdoor seating on the resy that it is just a request and cannot always be accommodated, however we did note that we were celebrating a Birthday and it would have been nice for Zest staff to reserve an outdoor table for us because it was a special occasion. We asked if we were to be seated indoors could we move to an outdoor seat once one became available, we were told "no, once we seat you, we cannot move you". We thought that was odd and didn't care for the cold tone. We were seated by a window and saw a table for 8 outdoors and asked if we could break up the table and sit out there because we were cold, were were told "no that table is reserved". Again, not feeling welcomed, we decided to leave, we called Blue Grill House, who advised that they could accommodate our outdoor dining request and we left without ordering anything and gave our money to Blue Grill House. Upon leaving we noticed there were several tables on the patio open and available, so I took a few pictures. I have had a bitter taste in my mouth towards Zest ever since, so much that we opted to dine at Top Cut for dinner (8/6), Chop House at Wind Creek (8/3) and decided to go back to Blue Grill House today (8/7) for brunch again. Please retrain your girls at the front on better hospitality because if they continue to treat people this way, this will continue to hurt your bottom line. I am not sure that I will be back to Zest.

Excellent restaurant. Easy in and out using parking garage that gets validated, very safe, protected from weather. Beautiful views of steel stacks, food outstanding, I had the boneless ribs, so good. Staff very professional , attentive, excellent salad , deserts were the cream brulee done perfectly and a fudge cake with whipped , 😋 yummy . I didn't drink to expensive, but they do it all. If not as expensive it would get 5 stars. Great job Thursday night.

My friends and I had a great dining experience at Zest Bar & Grill. 2 of my guests was their first time at this restaurant. Our server Ashley went above and beyond with her extensive knowledge of the menu & making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. Our server Ashley Rocks! Thank you. Mark Oscar
