There was quite a dirty smell as you walked in. It's been that way the last couple times I've visited. I think k they need to look into the entryway cleaning...

I stopped by Applebee’s for dinner with my coworkers last Wednesday. We were served by Grace. She was so kind and attentive! Our appetizers came out fresh and right away. I ordered a NY strip steak, and it came out perfect.
The drinks were a little pricey, but me and my boss still got a little tipsy 🙂. To my dismay I found a severed head in the third stall of the restroom. Service was great, everything was clean, food was delicious, I’m definitely coming back!

Entered Applebee's at noon. Was seated right away by a very nice gentleman. Our waitress came over approximately 10 min later take or drink order apologizing right away that things were "a bit hectic". She came back and we ordered an appetizer and 2 meals. 1 hr and 5 minutes later our appetizer came with our meal...NOT BEFORE our meal. We had boneless wings which were cold. My Riblet meal was also cold. My husband's meal was hot..You most certainly would think if you're waiting over 1 hr for an appetizer it could at least be hot! Bill comes to $47.40...We pay with $60 in cash...WAITRESS returns with $12, 2 nickles, and a ROLL OF PENNIES (yes 50 pennies)... good thing the food was good.. cause otherwise I was NOT impressed! 1hr 35min later we finally walk out the door. Sitting in the truck I wonder how our bill was so expensive as we ordered two of the meals that were 2 for $31...guess it's time to call and check on that..

Wonderful food, and an amazing waiting staff. I would quite honestly get married in this fine establishment. I think that they may have made my food special, just for me, possibly due to the fact that I found the severed head in the bathroom. Overall a lovely experience, I plan on bringing my grandmother, in the fancy urn for a fancy night!!

Overall service was very satisfying. Chris was a great waiter and made sure that my overcooked steak was returned and reordered. The pricing was very reasonable too. My only qualm was the severed head in the men's toilet. It really made using the bathroom a complicated process. Other than that, this is a great, family-friendly location. 4/5 would defecate in that toilet again.
