Life, it’s a challenging thing that comes with ups and downs. Taking a trip to Buffalo Wild Wings is something that I believed might be the perfect way to conclude my day. It turned out to be a grave mistake. My party and I were immediately seated and had been provided with several seating options. Right as we sat down was certainly the peak of our visit. Although I must say, our waitress Kaylee was a delight. She was respectful, attentive, and overall friendly. Anyways, after ordering our food, it was quite the wait. After some time my food was brought out and I was surprised to see that my burger was burnt to a crisp. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a replacement and Kaylee made sure to go to the kitchen and have a new burger made for me. I’d say that both of these stars could be credited to Kaylee and the fantastic job that she did. Without her effort, it would’ve been an easy 0/5.
