Not my best Applebee's experience, but adequate. This location has declined in service and cleanliness since we last visited a year or so ago. We go through there when traveling. Our local Neighborhood Applebee's on Galley Road in Colorado Springs is the Best. Chicken Wonton Tacos were still great! Husband enjoyed the Fish & Chips also.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff was kind and friendly, like they wanted to help you and serve a good meal. My waiter was great. I watched him w other customers too, he has a great way of interacting and maki g folks comfortable. The food was good, it’s Applebee’s, comfort food. I’ll visit again for sure

I really wanted to give a better rating, but one employee made it very hard to give 4 stars (really wanted to rate a 3, but actions speak louder than words). First, I want to say that our server Amy was awesome! She did great, was prompt, courteous and friendly! Food was good, one of the kids even wanted to try the "impossible burger", and he said it was almost as good as a real burger! Now, the front of house kid, Jacob, is maybe not the person that should be greeting guests. He is loud and obnoxious. And no, I'm not just being a Karen...cussing, crude jokes, just general inappropriate behavior from anyone working with the public. And no, it wasn't just us, there were a couple of other tables that also heard and complained to the manager. Also, great job Mr. Manager (sorry, I did not get his name), immediately addressed the front of house, and even removed Jacob, which made our last 15-20 minutes there much more enjoyable.
