I will say the food itself was good. The service and the time it took was horrible. Either the waitress was new or just didn't know what she was doing. It took us over an hr to get our entrées. We sat for a good 10 mins before even being asked what we wanted to drink. There was only one table when we got seated and they were already eating. Another group of 4 sat down after us and they left before we even got our food. And the prices were ridiculous for the food served. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Just ate here for the first time, and it was very good!! I am not an Indian food expert, nor was I expecting North Platte to ever HAVE an Indian resteraunt, but here it is!! The chicken and rice soup........AMAZING. an absolute must have if they are serving it. The Butter Chicken with basmati rice and Naan bread......INCREDIBLE. This also is a must try. The Chicken Tikka was a solid 6, but the presentation alone notched it up to about an 8. They also have a chef that is hand cutting their steaks, the filet and ribeye, and apparently, is REALLY good at what he does! So, if you are looking for a great hand cut steak in the same canteen environment you have always known, THIS is your place. If you want to venture out a bit and try a cuisine that you might not have tried, give it a go!! The Butter Chicken is a very safe choice and I think people who have never tried Indian Cuisine will be pleasantly surprised!
