Always friendly staff, food is good if you are an Arby's fan :) only reason it's not a five star is due to the prices. It's not a fast food restaurant that you can expect a cheap meal or feed a family cheaper than a dine in restaurant. Never had a bad experience with the Torrington Arby's... get what you order and the staff are great!

They were so busy, but courteous and served us fresh, good food. My favorite mozzarella sticks. Nice and fat.

Quick service in a very clean restaurant. The staff were friendly and polite. Right on the main drag in the middle of nowhere. A perfect stop for travelers.
