I will not be returning to this A&W I was told it was going to be 15 minutes for my cheese curds and two orders of chicken strips I understand that they have to be cooked but I waited in their drive-thru line with only two vehicles in front of me for 42 minutes also I asked and paid for extra barbecue sauce and was not given any at all and had to ask for it there are no napkins in my bag and the workers were serving the food as they were touching their face and their hair with no gloves on I will never go back!!

The food was decent. The value was not. My fries were about 1/2 full, but tasted good. When I asked for mayo on my burger the girl said "it already has it on it", when in fact, it did not. All of the tables in the dining room were dirty while the girl taking orders for dine in customers was just leaning against the wall waiting for people to come in and order, she could have cleaned the tables. The cleanliness just isn't there. I might also add, than when someone, especially a customer says thank you when given their order, it would be polite to say "you're welcome"
