Beach House Restaurant Koloa HI

We went to the beach house for afternoon cocktails. We had a 3:45 reservation and waited about 10 min past to be seated. On the reservation I specified that we wanted to be seated at the bar as that was an option. It turns out there is no bar so I am not sure why that was an option when we booked. We were seated in a spot with a nice view. The upholstered chairs we sat in were stained and the windows near us needed to be cleaned. It was happy hour and at 3:45pm with a request to be seated at the bar and the waitress assumed we were having dinner. She brought us bread and went into the dinner specials. I had to specify we only wanted apps and drinks and she seemed a little annoyed by this. The drinks and apps were good, but nothing to write home about. Overall I feel they get by on their location and prestige. Not my vibe and probably wouldn’t recommend it.

We visited the restaurant with a group and starters were sufficient to satisfy my hunger. Through the main course i was not so hungry and ate a little bit from the meat but it was amazing, everything is fresh and well made that i had nothing to say . The amazing add on was that the sunset was so dreamy and i felt like i am in paradise. The cake was the best carrot cake i ever ate with this truly spectacular creme on top. Really best experience to eat and have a nice time there.

Just recently got married here & got non stop compliments about how great and beautiful our wedding was. From the views, the food, the service, etc it all was top notch! When it came to planning the wedding, Tiffany and Sylvia were great to work with. They answered all of our questions/concerns in a timely manner, worked with us on last minute changes and financial hurdles and they made sure our day was what we wanted!
