Chef Daren gave me a generous sample of his awesome brisket & then I went back for more! My husband was pleased he offered ribs & they are fall-off-the-bone A-mazing. His signature sweet, smoky sauce is barely needed - deliciously made with, of course perfect for here, pineapple juice! Just go get yourself some of it before he sells out! Look for his food truck only in Koloa Town, Kauai!

Had the brisket and it was so delicious. Tender, but not over cooked. The sauce wasn’t too sweet. Perfect!

Great food truck !! Pulled pork and brisket were really well smoked. Everything was moist and the sauce amazing.
