BENIHANA is just one of those places I love. Don't like waiting in the lobby while your table is getting ready? Go to the lounge and have a drink. They will be happy to help you there. Got sat with my man Benny last time, and what a great chef he is. Totally rocked the show and made great food, too. Always one of my favorite places.

We loved our experience at Benihana. Manny was our chef and he alone made the experience great. He interacted with our 4 year old and talked to him the whole time. Our 4 year old kept saying that he is the BEST chef in the world. I agree with that completely. Someone who is so kind and focuses his customer service so much that a 4 year old can’t stop talking about the experience is something else! Definitely would recommend! Thank you for being awesome!

We walked in for my mom's birthday the lady infront told us since it's a walk in we half to wait for 1hr to be seated but there were other families who walked in also with no reservation and were seated ahead of us and we waited 1hr and a half came back and apparently there were 2 reservations ahead of us. This is one way to lose costumers and I don't think we'll be coming back to this place worst costumer service ever.
