Food and service was very good. Dining room was extremely loud so don't go here if you plan on having a conversation at your table. Only free parking available is at the hotel, they use the whole restaurant parking lot for valet only. Desserts were outstanding, especially the bread pudding.

Why 1 star? It starts from the beginning. All the parking spaces for the Restaurant were blocked with cones and reserved for valet parking only with a charge. If I would have known this, I would have went to my usual Ruth Chris in Palm Springs. I asked the valet guy where to park since I had a reservation and he rudely said, go park by the hotel. This is unacceptable and pathetic. Now this sets the vibe. As for our waiter Mr. Shane, he was awesome and super professional. As for the food, profection cooked steaks, delicious desserts and tasty martinis. The lobster mac and cheese was over cooked and very dry. The lobster crab cakes a little on the dry side. This could have been a 4 star rating. But again, unacceptable regarding the parking. See pictures.

My husband and I just had dinner there tonight. We sat in the bar area and Tina was our server. We ordered a medium fillet to share and a baked potato. Our dining experience was a comedy of errors, some of which were my fault lol. I ordered an old fashioned and it didn’t taste right so I sent it back 😬 hated to do it. I’m not the person who sends stuff back. Our fillet arrived and it was medium rare instead of medium. And by then my baked potato was cold. Tina happily returned it to the kitchen to be rectified and the GM, Ryan, personally delivered it to us with his sincere apology and two fresh sides, on the house. We were then off we Ed a gratis dessert to go. For what probably would have been a negative experience anywhere else, we left very satisfied and look forward to going back again soon. Tina and Ryan were stellar in their customer service!
