Life, it’s a challenging thing that comes with ups and downs. Taking a trip to Buffalo Wild Wings is something that I believed might be the perfect way to conclude my day.
It turned out to be a grave mistake.
My party and I were immediately seated and had been provided with several seating options. Right as we sat down was certainly the peak of our visit.
Although I must say, our waitress Kaylee was a delight. She was respectful, attentive, and overall friendly.
Anyways, after ordering our food, it was quite the wait.
After some time my food was brought out and I was surprised to see that my burger was burnt to a crisp. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a replacement and Kaylee made sure to go to the kitchen and have a new burger made for me.
I’d say that both of these stars could be credited to Kaylee and the fantastic job that she did.
Without her effort, it would’ve been an easy 0/5.

The medium boneless wings are amazing, also quick and nice service!

3/19/2022 - The bartender was very nice which was about the only positive of this visit. Given the restaurant was below half capacity my food should have been much better than it was. Meaning, my food should have been served hot & better presented given the the kitchen staff shouldn't been too busy. My buffalo chicken sandwich look pitiful. The sandwich hardly had any buffalo sauce on it & my potato wedges were hardly warm. I must have gotten the last potato wedges available given all of them were super tiny except for one. The men's restroom could have used some attention as well. It had paper towels overflowing from the trash can & the sink was looking a bit nasty (actually really nasty). Also, there were some ceiling tiles missing over the urinals. I'm not a negative person, but it was hard to find positives from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. I am from outside of Jacksonville, Florida and the BWW's in Orange Park, Florida has drastically gone downhill as well. (IMO), it just seems like the the quality of workers these days is lacking which means that everything else is going to suffer (food preparation and customer service).

I AM GIVIN FOUR STARS BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS SHORT STAFF AND THEY STILL GREETED EVERYONE WITH A SMILE. THEY JUMPED IN AND OUT OF THEIR ASSIGNED JOBS TO HELP EACH OTHER AND MADE EVERYONE THERE FEEL WELCOME. THIS PLACE FULLY STAFFED COULD BE THE BEST BWW I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
