The food, staff and management at the Bear BBW were exceptional! Amber waited on us and was awesome and Carolyn the manager was a pleasure to speak with. Carolyn asked how our visit was and was very informative when answering my questions. A+++ service!!

food was good but service wasn’t great. asked for refills like a million times and never got them. had to ask for the check twice and asked for to go boxes a million times as well. it just looked a little understaffed.
