Great place to eat at. Great food. They gave me a tres leches cake and on top it said made with love. You have to understand their position when put in a situation such as hiring and being short staffed. If your mad about this location not having items or a wait go inside and grab a application and go fix it yourself.

Overall my salad was good, I'm very disappointed that once again, no melted cheese on my tortilla. I did not choose this option. Are the cooks leaving this out if they are rushing and order? I'll give it one more chance, I'm all about the melted cheese! EDIT : Well I gave it another go, no melted cheese on the tortilla, I guess this is how this Cafe Rio does it. Also the lettuce was very wilted this time. I'm passing on this location for sure. I've been to many others and this is the first that has had this consistent problem.
