UPDATE: Since my original review, service has improved. We went for dinner and we were the only ones there but we received our food in a timely manner. Our server was fantastic. Food was very good. Definitely adding another star. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have gone to this location several times and each time there are only a few patrons but it takes forever to get food or service. The servers are nice but they are extremely slow. It always takes a while to get them to take care of the bill. Don't go there if you are in a hurry.

I have eaten at IHOP many times in the last year in Idaho Falls! The food never misses a beat and is consistently excellent! The cooks know how to cook!!! The coffee delicious! The omelets & new protein pancakes are amazing! The servers work very hard, but sometimes recently are stretched too thin, as more customers are coming...feeling better about eating out. I really like the newer Happy Hour menu....excellent! They recently remodeled, so fresh & clean! What more could you want...consistent quality & value, in a clean, family-friendly environment! A wonderful restaurant!

Average food for a IHOP. Nothing special about the quality. Prices were moderate and customer service was about average. Didn't get our drinks until we were almost finished with our meal so that was unprofessional. Just an average experience all around.
