Have been doing curbside pickup since the pandemic (4 times). While eating in the restaurant is generally pretty good (with only a couple of exceptions), curbside pickup is the opposite experience. When you order online, you get a range of about 5 minutes when the order will be ready. You park on the side, and someone comes out to verify your name, order, and to collect your money if you didn't pay online. The last 3 times, over a period of about 6 months, my orders have been consistently late (today was 20 minutes beyond the latest time range). The restaurant texts to say the food is ready, but you still wait a full 10 minutes until you actually receive it. Although they tell you that the food will be out shortly, it is cold by the time you get it. While you are able to check off that you want silverware, they always forget to include it. While you get bread, unless you ask for "extra" bread, you get one of those mini breads for 3 meals. This is the third time I have had a late, cold, silverware-less meal, and I am completely done with Carrabba's curbside. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. I assure you that you will be disappointed. By the way, I did call the manager and explained my dissatisfaction. While the manager was nice, he blamed the system when he apologized, but offered nothing and didn't ask my name. Mind you, I was not looking for anything, but wanted to feel that they wanted to improve a bad impression, but they didn't care enough.}

Food in this place is amazing! What was not too amazing was the service. I understand we arrived late, almost 30 minutes to close and they still did a great job in serving very good dishes. I ordered the Rigatoni Martino… delicious! However, our juice was warm all across the table (orange, pineapple, etc). Also, pineapple juice, which was from a small can, was served in a glass double its amount. I was presented with half a glass of juice. It also seemed we had to request and request for bread before enough bread was coming, it was never enough for our party of 7. My brother’s soda came with some dirt on top, we had to return it. I ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizer, they were never brought to the table. It takes only a first good impression, or a bad one for that matter, to create an opinion of a restaurant; I’d say today was not a good day for Carrabba’s, at least not with us.

Chicken Bryan is my FAVORITE with the sweet tomatoes and goat cheese combo, with the garlic mashed potatoes! My husband enjoyed the fettuccine weezie and gave me a taste...was amazed by the quality and FRESHNESS of pasta. It tasted just like homemade!!! Rachel was outstanding and provided top notch service. She was personable and attentive. I recommend asking for Rachel!!!
