We went for lunch last Saturday with family that came from out of town for a family funeral. I wanted to take everyone out for a nice luncheon. There were 9 of us. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Two other couples came after us, ate and left before we even got our food. It literally took two hours for the food to come. The waitress said it was because someone ordered a well done steak. Really? It was a 6ounce steak! The service was terrible. The waitress never asked to get any drink refills. We had to ask her whenever she came by, which wasn’t often. The restaurant was empty. I had one friend leave because it took too long. Another had to get her food to go because it took too long. I wasn’t going to give a bad review or even talk to a manager, until the next day, when I had three different people tell me how awful the food was. So I called on Sunday and spoke to Jeremy, who said he was the manager. He was going to investigate what happened and get back to me. I’m still waiting. When you charge the prices that they do, you need to have good food and good service. I was literally embarrassed taking friends and family there. And, luckily for the waitress, they automatically added a 20% tip on my bill. I would have never given her that much.

We decided to eat at Meaning Street for the first time for a special occasion this past Thursday, December 9th. We sat outside since it was a beautiful night. The setting was very romantic. The service was very good, we got an appetizer, salad and main course. We both had left overs for Fridays dinner. Everything was very good. After we finished, we had a nightcap at the bar and listened to the live music. We had a wonderful evening!

My husband and I love our weekly visit here. Amazing food, awesome atmosphere inside and outside. We love the outside bar with a beautiful view and live entertainment, and the bartenders are absolutely outstanding. Brain is the best he's not only a great bartender he is hilarious you are sure to have a great time when he's around!
