Had lunch while waiting for a Rx at the clinic up the road. My California wrap was okay - kind of bland. Sweet potato fries were good. (Not amazing but okay.) Mom was very happy with her Cuban Panini and chips. Service was great. The server was polite and friendly without being intrusive or overly familiar. Might try it again.

We went for my fiance's birthday and had such a great time. The ambiance was quiet yet busy on a Saturday evening. The staff was kind and friendly.

Waited to be seated with three other families surrounding us. Host seemed overwhelmed, management arrived to help? but said nothing to guests. Looked disinterested. Seated, no crayons for my kids which is fine but the host said she would bring them, didn’t happen. Wasn’t busy. Server was ok, long gaps between start to finish with no mid-meal check, Dream Burger was over done BTW. Draft beer is warm, would have told server had he checked on us. Sat on pizza oven side. One of three tables in dining room with two servers in that area. Server did not thank us for visiting or ask if we wanted dessert, I had to ask for their complimentary dessert for my children. I have been coming here for years, dirty floors with menus and chicken wing bits, no manager presence. Quite a drop from where the Chancery once was. All of this could be corrected if management took an active role in service.
