2021 Great visit! Food and customer was fantastic on this visit!! Update 1/1/2020 Food was good but! Today food took over 30 minutes to get. It's seemed like everyone around us who sat at the same time got their food before us. Had asked two different waiters twice just to get barbecue sauce. And worst of all one of my pet peeves is when they are clearing and cleaning the tables, the bus person puts the bus tray on the chairs or the booths where people sit. They do not clean the seating area. That is very unacceptable, when I told the manager about that she seemed like it wasn't a big deal. Also silverware very dirty! The food is made by scratch! Cooked to order not reheated! Prices are very economical!

Cheddars is amazing. Great food. Great customer service. I love their chicken tenders, country fried steak, burgers, nachos, onion rings,and cheese curds. I could go on and on. I am sad that the onion rings is not on the menu, bring them back please!!! Also the bundle deals are great. The ribs need to be a little more tender, the croissants are usally delicious but they have given them out hard as a rock also. Word of advice, when you are serving any food for takeout that is being fried you need to create a steam release otherwise food will sweat and become soggy. Poke 1 hole on top in each corner of the aluminum containers. The last 2 times the fries were soggy because of this. Or it could be that my food was sitting and ready before the time that you gave to me. Your food is great and Staff is nice.I will be back, just improve on the above!
