I wish I could share an experience as I am an avid potbelly customer and love their food. Unfortunately this particular location seems like it has never open, as I tried to place an order minutes ago at 7:30 PM, I noticed their online hours are Now only listing them open until 4:30 PM??? Why would potbelly even be open if they closed at 4:30 PM?? It’s a great disservice to potbelly customers, you’re better off being closed instead of having a place that we like to frequent that’s never open. If you can’t find a staff, I’d say that’s more of a management/owner issuers every other place has the same problems.
