It wasn't good. The meat was dry and overcooked. The only thing that let it survive was the bbq sauce, which was good. The chicken is personally better than the pork in my opinion, since the pork came dry and not very flavorful. We ordered Mac salad, which was horrible. All it was really is noodles, maybe a teaspoon of mayo, and a few vegetables like celery. We also ordered the coleslaw and it was good, it was quality vegetables. I don't ever give 1 star reviews but this was not good, and before you go to Kauai thinking, "let's have some pork!" don't go here, go somewhere else that has better quality meat.

I don't like leaving these reviews, as I believe it demonstrates my inability to find good food. That being said... I've had better pork from the freezer aisle! It was tough and chewy, and could taste either lighter fluid or charcoal on the pork, the only redeeming factor was the BBQ sauce, which was also disappointing since it was basically watered down Stubb's BBQ sauce. I can't speak to the other locations, but I'd stay away from this one.

Food was good. Sauces were amazing—the hot isn’t too hot and would recommend using a lot of it! Chicken I was was good but definitely check out the loaded fries! Also loved the beer setup—was totally reasonably priced too! Only downside was the staff didn’t seem too excited to be there—was a Saturday night around 6pm and not too crowded so not sure if that played into it.
