We had the opportunity of Celebrating my spouses Birthday at CUT 158 Chophouse in Joliet. The food was superb, elegant atmosphere, service superb. My spouse had a steak larger than his plate. My fish dish was extremely moist. Their mushrooms and lamb chops are out of this world tasty. Although this restaurant is a little costly, I would highly recommend it for any special upcoming celebration.

The atmosphere is great and upscale for sure. The food was very good and the prices are extremely reasonable. Our server was professional and knew the menu inside and out..... It was a weekday and the place was full. I would highly recommend it.

I definitely recommend this restaurant. I had the strip med rare. It was cooked to perfection and the flavor was good. Also ordered the crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers. They were really good. My wife ordered the sea bass which she commented was one of the best fish she has had in a long time.
