The kids are always nice,but the drive threw you could take a nap it is so slow.

Usually the food is great from here, when I ordered my food, they gave me a blizzard over spilling with no napkins, melted some in my car, and the fries they gave me were old and completely gross... Working in fast food, I can tell you the fries were sitting there for at least 30 minutes. I got my food a little over 30 minutes before they closed. Will not order anything with fries ever again

I called ahead of time to see what time they closed and they said they're open till 10. So, my dad and I show up at 8 only to find out that their lobby closed at 8 and their drive through is open till 10. The man in the lobby was unclear and rude, practically pushing us out the door. The lady in the drive through was rude as well. When ordering a blizzard, she told us "We don't have a royal cheesecake blizzard. We have a royal new York cheesecake blizzard." Isn't all the same?!
