We had gone a few weeks ago with a group for my mother’s birthday and it was ok at best. For some reason we went back for another friend’s birthday. I guarantee this will be my last visit. There were 9 people in our group. From the time we finished ordering I would say within 5 minutes 3 of our party received their food. No way there was time to prepare it in that amount of time. They had to go ahead and eat while it was still warm. Not hot, warm. Finally food came out for another 4 of us and then several minutes later the last 2 dishes came out, one of which was a bowl of soup which was the only thing that should have been ready and it was sloshed all over the bowl and the server made no attempt to clean it up. I had the Baldwin salad which was absolutely swimming in dressing and the hard stems on the spinach had not been trimmed. I also had the Oysters Jubilee. The thick heavy breading on the outside was hard as a rock and the bacon wrapped around the oysters was raw. Our server mad no attempt to clear plates until after she had brought dessert. Several of our party had ordered coffee and it was brought out in small pots that dripped on the table. We asked for cream, which should have been brought with the coffee, but we finally ended up using the whipped cream off our dessert. Never. Again.

Stopped here for lunch and would highly recommend! The views are incredible, the service is on it and so kind, and the food is super tasty. We enjoyed the shrimp and grits! I lost count on how many shrimp were on there, so many! Flavors were awesome and it even came with a side of collard greens with giant chunks of pulled ham. My husband loved his Mule which had spiced mint in it along with the dark rum, ginger beer and lime, and he raved about it. The lunch-sized “mini” key lime pie was plenty for the two of us to end our meal with a sweet treat. My only complaint, which is a slight complaint, is that the shrimp and grits were a little bit like warm to my liking. The collard greens, however, were piping hot.

Loved the view, service, experience and customer service. The gator was also very delicious. My only complaint though I would say is the food didn’t meet the hype I was expecting. Overall the food was good and I had a great time!
