In store staff does the best they can with what they have but upper management has their head so far up their rear that the customer and safety suffers.

No one seemed to know what was going on. I have updated my stars from 3 to 4. They were much better the last two times I've ordered from them. I must have caught them on a bad night before. My only complaint in the last two times we ordered from them. Was the pasta was really small. About half of what I expected. Other than that it was very good.
