Once, when I was actually able to get food, the food was good. But twice now in less than a month I have called to order takeout food, only to be told that they aren’t doing takeouts. Seriously? There is no one in Presque Isle looking for a job, that you can’t hire more help? You do realize, that I will never call you again?

We were there on a Saturday night knowing that it was going to be busy. I felt it was extremely slow service. With the lack of help most places are in that same unsteady boat, but this still seemed longer to wait for food than expected. The loaded pizza I ordered was good and I would order again.

This place is amazing! We are visiting from Maryland and were looking for good food. Honestly, we saw the online menu pictures of Pats Pizza and it looked so good we decided to order from them. 100% amazing pizza! Its probably some of the best pizza that I have had in years. The customer service wad super good also! Ordering was easy, the girl on the phone was really friendly. We were very impressed with this place all around! We have ordered from here 3 times ready and we are only visiting for 5 days!
